My cousin recommended me to count calories in order to help me shed weight: so I asked him “how many calories do I need to lose weight?” and he told me that I need to burn double the calories that I eat to induce safe weight loss. He additionally said to look at b12 shots for weight loss so I will have the excess boost and greater metabolic process. I was a bit unwilling on calorie counting because I’ve read somewhere that it doesn’t really work and it’s not really necessary. Weight loss can be confusing at times.

Weight loss assistance from my trainer
I wanted to talk about some weight loss solutions and tips that my personal trainer was kind enough to discuss with me. The best way to shed weight, according to him, was to take an herbal weight loss program or a natural diet; his menu incorporated fruits, vegetables, lean meats and rice. He also explained that I don’t need to do a fasting to lose weight because it’s a fantasy that eating less can help with weight-loss. I found his tips very helpful and I’ll be transitioning to a new diet real soon.
I need my 6-pack abs
I thought that having 6-pack washboard abs is really a determination for me to lose fat; I’m not saying I’m fat but I do want the body of George St. Pierre from the UFC who’s got 0% body fat. I still have to find out how to lose weight in 2 weeks for my cousin’s wedding in Maine. Somebody suggested that I do acupuncture for weight loss but I’m scared of sharp needles. Guess I will be sticking to gym exercises to lose weight. I just wish that I can drop at least 4lbs by 2 weeks.
